DIY Bike Cup Holder Demo Video
hey I’m Chanelle and this is the DIY for
so I live in a very bikable city and
went out and bought a bike so I could
bike to work and when you’re going to
work in the morning at 4:30 in the
morning you need coffee to stay awake
and it’s next to impossible so if I
could work with a hot important coffee
in your hand well like so I thought I’d
make myself a couple there I’m making it
because the bike cost me $50 off of 2gb
and I wasn’t about to go and like
purchase an actual cup holder for my
side plus when you make it you can make
it big enough to hold a bottle of wine
so you’re going to be two pieces of PVC
piping I’ll get details more on that I
also use scissors e6000 glue an old belt
and some spray paint these two pieces
one is a bottom tab and then the other
is just a hollow tube here I’m going to
attach them to create the cup holder so
I spray-painted mine just to match my
bike you don’t have to do that but
basically this is the belt that I picked
up from the thrift store and it works
perfect because that piece is going to
wrap around around my handlebar and then
I’m going to attach my new cup to that
leather strapping so I’m going to need
another piece of leather here so I’m
going to do the part of that belt just
kind of measuring what pieces I need to
wrap around as you can see this is kind
of the design here that I’m going with
and I’m going to leave a little slot in
the back there so that it can attach so
music sounds and glue is what I use to
attach these two pieces of PVC pipe
together a little bit of that all the
way around and it attaches now to
reinforce that seal which I know is
definitely needed that’s why I’m
actually using this extra piece of
leather so I put a lot of music and glue
around it and that is going over top of
that seam to reinforce that to hold it
again more e6000 glue on the strap that
actually links up to my bike handlebar
as you can see loads of glue on there
and I’m attaching it to the cup and to
let it sit overnight
just kind of elastics around it so that
it stays closed and stuck to the cup so
after I let that dry overnight basically
all that was left to do is cut off that
last little piece and now I can attach
it to my bike
so it was really simple to put together
I’m really happy with how it turned out
and I’ve gotten a lot of use out of it
already now if you liked this DIY be

Bicycle Cup Holder Review
If you’ve ever had the pleasure of riding through the streets in your own bicycle, chances are you’ve noticed how annoying it can be to have to take out your cup holder to drink from. While many people believe that they’re too big, ugly, or unattractive to use a bicycle holder, the design has evolved significantly. If you’re looking for a bicycle holder to carry your favorite beverage, a personalized leather bike cup holder may be just what you need.
In addition to their usefulness, personalized bike cup holders also reflect your personal style. The modern designs allow for it to fit into a bike basket and a regular handlebar. If you want to make it as trendy as possible, try a leather style. Look for one that can carry a bottle of coffee, soda, tea, or tea or anything else that you’d like to keep cold while riding.
It’s a good idea to choose one with a comfortable handle so you don’t have to constantly pull off the handlebars to reach your beverage. Some designs also have a lip that goes around the outside of the holder to create a cooler or a warmer look. There’s an endless amount of possibilities when it comes to choosing a personalized leather bicycle cup holder. Find one with an elegant look that fits well on a bike.
If you want something more permanent, you can get a custom-made bicycle cup holder made to your specifications. When you order this type, it’s more likely to stand up to use than a normal-sized holder. Most people buy these for their children’s bicycles and their recreational bikes. It may be a good idea to get a two-piece seat or basket made for the holder so that the two parts don’t interfere with each other. Custom-made cup holders are also easier to clean and repair if need be.
The most important thing to keep in mind when purchasing a customized cup holder is what kind of design you like best. Some people like the look of leather, but others prefer the classic look of metal. No matter which design you choose, just make sure it will work well with the size and configuration of your bicycle. This way you can always come back to it again.
The Internet is a great place to find some great custom-made holders. A simple search on Google or a website specializing in bicycle accessories should yield many results.
