Hello Kitty Bike FAQ

Hello Kitty bikes for girls

One of the most popular toys introduced this season is Hello Kitty bikes for girls. This charming Asian-themed toy has a number of different features that make them great gifts for little girls ages six to twelve. The main Hello Kitty bike features a pink, black and yellow motorbike with cute little pink wheels, and a colorful skirt. These bikes have plenty of gear changes so that your child can change gears without having to hold the handlebars. The Hello Kitty logo on the handlebar area is a nice touch, too. Your little girl will enjoy riding this adorable bicycle whenever she wants, whether she’s having a good old fashion tea party with her friends or taking her lunch to the park.

There are a few other neat features about this great gift, including the fact that the motorbike has a cup holder. Even your little one’s milk can get a nice cool spray from this cute machine, which is a real treat for young and older alike. You can find Hello Kitty products for girls in every size imaginable, so even if your little girl is an infant, there is a cute model for her. A larger selection of products is also available online, so if you’re running out of patience, it won’t take long to find something that will make your girl smile this season.

The Hello Kitty bike comes in three sizes, including a twin, a full-sized and a small. If you’re looking for a bike that will provide exercise but not cause any trouble getting your little girl up and down the street, this would be a great choice. The smaller Hello Kitty bikes for girls come with just a three-foot jump, while the full-size comes with a sixteen-inch training wheel and is recommended for use indoors only. 3 verified buyer reviews
  1. We bought a 12″ Hello Kitty bike for our then-3-year-old daughter. It lasted three years before she outgrew it. When we were looking for a substitute, we showed her this one, and she loved it. I got it today, and like many others, the front rim was twisted. We must now decide whether to keep it or return it. Obviously, the manufacturer does not care for their items, or else they would have changed the packaging so that the front tire is not stuck between the frame and the package. As soon as I took it out of the packaging, I thought to myself, “Here we go, there’s a decent chance this will be twisted like a lot of other customers based on the reviews.” We’ll see what we can do with the front tire.

  2. I was a little nervous when I got this bike. Although the price was the lowest I could find for a Hello Kitty 18″ bike (around a hundred dollars when I bought it), there wasn’t much information in the description about who made it, and there were no reviews at the time of this review.

Fortunately, it has proved to be a wise investment. It’s not mentioned in the description, but it’s a Dynacraft bike, which is the same company that has made other Hello Kitty bikes available elsewhere. It looks much better in person than it does in the frame, and it comes with a slew of cool extras. The training wheels are sturdy, and installation is simple, though the directions are a little generic, and a couple of small accessories required some thought to position correctly.

The bike lacks a kickstand, but it does have a bolt hole for mounting one once the training wheels are removed. Whether or not this is a big deal depends on the individual, but it wasn’t for me because kickstands are cheap and easy to find, and my daughter won’t need one for a while.

In short, it’s a nice bike at a reasonable price if you just want a Hello Kitty bike. Highly recommended.

  3. The build quality and design are adequate for the price, for a bike that will only last your child a couple of years until they outgrow it. That’s all right, but nothing particularly noteworthy. The geometry is the fundamental problem (and it is indeed fundamental). The bottom bracket (the axel’s center point around which the pedals and main sprocket rotate) is too far off the ground and therefore too close to the seat. Thus, for a young cyclist just starting out, in order to provide a comfortable pedaling position for the seat (without her knees being too flexed on the upstroke), the seat is too far off the ground to even put her tip toes on the ground to get the bike moving, which they like to do at this point. My slightly older daughter’s 20″ schwinn (which has good geometry) has a lower bottom bracket that is higher to the ground than this 18″ bike. So, if your child likes to initiate the momentum of the bike while sitting in the seat, this geometry poses a challenge. It also results in the rider having a higher center of gravity (again due the seat needing to be higher, secondary to the bottom bracket height). Not ideal for a first-time rider. There are safer alternatives.
