Giro Register and Giro Fixture Helmet Unboxing

I have a confession to make I typically
don’t like unboxing videos and I swore I
really wouldn’t do them but this is the
second one that I’ve done on my channel
but this is bike gear so this could be
kind of cool typically I don’t like to
sit why someone takes something out of
the box but like I said bike gear is
cool so here’s the deal is I had the
specialized préval helmet I did a review
on it only get below if you want to go
watch it good helmet light but I did not
like the fit for cross country mountain
biking and even for gravel riding I just
felt for me it rode a little bit too low
and blocked my vision so I ended up
selling it actually sold to a buddy of
mine who I think is getting some good
use out of it
that was a $225 helmet so I took the
money from selling that one helmet and I
bought two and that’s what I’m gonna
show today in this unboxing video so
I’ve had this Giro atmos for I don’t
know at least 10 years I’ve gone over
the bars landed on my head on this thing
the pads are completely worn out so it
is time to retire the Atmos so like I
said I got two helmets one for cross
country mountain biking gravel and
cyclocross and then another for trail
riding let’s look at the register MIPS
first so this is a helmet that I’m going
to be using for like I said cross
country mountain bike and gravel cross
and this looks like it’s going to be a
really cool helmet like I said I haven’t
even taken these out of a box yet I got
them a few days ago but I wanted to do
an unboxing video and show these helmets
so let’s take a look nice box
alright that’s the unboxing let’s look
at a helmet okay so I got white for this
one it’s a pretty you know I for growl
riding in the summertime white works
because it’s about as cool as you can
get so this helmets 65 bucks so is the
other one we’re gonna look at so 1 $225
helmet versus 2 $65 helmets pretty light
not as light as the specialized prevail
but
not that far off definitely not worth
the price difference for me now my buddy
got a good deal out of that helmet so
we’ve got the the locking dial on the
back that’s actually bigger than the
Atmos tile that one’s a lot easier to
use brand new pads I have had brand new
pads in a home in a while
good-looking visor system so this visor
comes off that was real easy so it looks
like the visor just clips on with these
two little things here and you know what
I love a visor that pops off easily
because a lot of times for cross country
mountain biking I don’t use the visor I
like using the visor when I’m out in the
Sun and we bike in a lot of trees while
that visor is super easy to take on and
off very nice see I’m just like you know
I haven’t I haven’t messed up this
helmet at all I literally just took out
a box see up that’s so the dials really
easy to use you know there’s not much to
review on a helmet other than how does
it look and how wide is it how does it
fit on the head so oh hey how’s it look
it’s a it’s a bit wide so my black one
was a little bit more stealth a white
helmet a little bit wide but both of
these helmets I’m going to show today
are MIPS helmets so I’m not really gonna
go much into MIPS but basically it just
allows your head to move around inside
the helmet should you ever land on your
head it supposedly is supposed to
provide better protection and less
chance of concussions so I’ve just got
that shell that moves around inside so
that’s that’s what MIPS is that’s as
much as I’ll talk about MIPS oh yeah
this is a honey this is a nice helmet
for 65 bucks you can’t beat it
so again good fit alright now let’s take
a look at look at the other one so this
is the Giro fixture MIPS and this will
be my trail ride
helmut unboxing it’s out of the box all
right
bigger visor and better protection in
the back your head so I went with red
for the simple reason I’ve had so many
white black and gray helmets over the
years that I’ve tired of white black and
gray and I want to try something
different this matches absolutely
nothing that I own for clothing or for
bikes but I just think it’s a cool
looking color it’s kind of like a wine
red wine red I don’t know what they call
it exactly but it looks cool
so again visor system this one comes off
differently so this this one snaps off
the side a really nice system that
snapped off really easily this visor I
will not take off I will leave this one
on all the time that’s a really secure
system visor is secure same dial as the
other one and good fit it’s a little bit
heavier it’s a little bit heavier than
the other helmet that I can’t even
remember the name register but now this
is a trail helmet so it’s got more
protection more protection in the back
so like I said when I head out on my
trail bike my 27.5 giant trance is my
trail bike right now so when I had on
that bike this will be the helmet that I
use that bike I get a little bit more
rowdy on than my cross country bike all
right
this is a good looking helmet too you
know I’ll let you decide what you think
about this one as far as looks but this
is a pretty sweet troll helmet okay so
there we go – really good helmet options
especially for the money
so we’ve got the fixture MIPS and then
the register snips and I’ll try this one
on one more time since I just tried on
the
so that’s this is the register like I
said road across gravel yeah 65 bucks
each really great options good
protection
good-looking helmets so yeah that’s
that’s the video for today I haven’t
done this in a while but I want to give
big props to my local bike shop Bike
Works of Gainesville they are a big
supporter of my youtube channel without
them supporting my channel I couldn’t
get my hands on gear like this and bikes
like I do in the prolific quantities
that I do so thanks to Bike Works of
Gainesville for your support it’s really
really important anyway questions
comments what do you think about these
helmets do you use them do you like them
have they held up for you let me know in
the comments below thanks for watching

Giro Cycling Helmets

The Giro bicycle helmet is one of the best brands in the market. This company has a reputation of manufacturing high-quality helmets that provide protection against head injuries.

The Giro company started producing helmets in 1992 and it’s a family-owned company. It has a number of brands including the helmet line made by the Rodeo, which is known to be very strong and comfortable. The Giro company is also famous for making custom helmets and other products like caps and jerseys.

There are a number of different brands of bicycle helmets on the market today. Some of the most well-known brands are Bell Helmets, Avon, Columbia, Dime City, EPSON, Giant, Johnson, JP, Oakley, Otterbox, Pareto and Specialized.

These types of helmet have come a long way over the years, especially since the introduction of the Giro helmet line of helmets. The helmet lines from the company have been designed to be both comfortable and durable.

This type of protective gear is not recommended for use when you are mountain biking or doing any type of activity where your head is likely to move around a lot. It’s best if you choose a helmet that’s designed specifically for use with a specific activity.

So whether you need a helmet for personal or work use, you can find it at a store near you. If you do need a helmet for an activity you plan to do or for a sport you are interested in, take a look at the Giro helmet line to look like the logos of your favorite teams, professional sports teams, or even celebrities.

This type of helmet will make you feel as if you are a pro cyclist. You can wear this helmet with a pair of shorts or a jacket for comfort. It can easily be strapped on over your head or you can even choose to put it on with straps that you put under your helmet.

The Giro company makes a helmet that has a visor, a shield between the visor and your head, and a chin strap. A helmet without a shield is referred to as a “no-shield” helmet. This is an excellent choice if you just want to go out on a bike ride without having to worry about getting hit by a driver or a car.

Another helmet that is very popular is the full-face helmet. It is similar to a baseball cap, except that it covers your entire head. It is the same shape as the baseball cap, except it has the visor on the bottom and a chin strap on top. The advantage of this type of helmet is that it helps protect your face, neck, ears, and sometimes even the ear lobes.

Giro Bike Helmet FAQ

Giro bicycle helmet for women

Giro has established itself as one of the top companies in the market when it comes to producing high quality bicycle helmets for women. Their range of helmets include high-end models that are suitable for women professionals and women amateur riders as well. The Giro bicycle helmet for women is highly lightweight, which makes it comfortable to wear during both cycling and everyday life. Women have a number of options with regards to this particular type of headgear, including the ability to shield their entire head from inclement weather, dirt and other particles.

Giro has an extensive variety of headgear designed especially for women. Their specialty items include the Giro Indicator, which is perfect for women who prefer a more demure and subtle look. Women who prefer a more stylish look can select from a range of women’s racing helmets that feature curves and contours. These helmets help eliminate unsightly bumps and bulges, while providing optimum protection from head impacts. Furthermore, women’s cycling enthusiasts can also try out the Giro Reconstruct, which features a lightweight material and a streamlined design that are extremely well suited to women’s heads.

If you are planning on purchasing a new Giro bicycle helmet for women, it is essential that you ensure that it fits your head snugly. Giro offers a helmet sizing calculator on their website, which can determine an appropriate size based on your height and age. You can also go for a custom-fitted helmet if you are not able to find the size that you need. For additional information, you can contact customer service at any Giro dealer or visit their online store.

Replacement padding for Giro bike helmet

If you have ever thought of buying a Giro bike helmet, replacement padding is a great thing to think about. While Giro does make replacement padding for their helmets, you have to know what kind you want to get before you go and buy one. There are many different kinds of padding, and there are many reasons that you might need them. Knowing what kind you need for your helmet can help you not only find the right replacement padding, but it can also help you determine if the helmet that you are about to purchase is actually the best one for you.

First off, let’s talk about what kind of helmet padding you need. In order for the Giro bike helmet to be comfortable, you have to ensure that the padding is comfortable on your head. Giro provides two different kinds of padding, and they are meant for very different uses. One kind of padding has been designed for general wear, and this kind is what you will want to use if you just want the helmet to be able to stay on for a few minutes without any problems. The other kind is made to be a little bit more sticky and resilient, and this is what you will need if you find that the Giro helmet is not comfortable after a few minutes of wear.

When you are purchasing replacement padding for a Giro bike helmet, you should know exactly what kind you need in order to get the best comfort. A lot of people tend to buy a helmet that is too small, and this can cause neck fatigue over time. You should always try to buy a helmet that is the correct size, and this can help you to avoid this problem and to keep your head from feeling tired from head to head. If you need the right kind of replacement Giro padding to keep your head comfortable, then these tips should help you make the right decision.

Replacement visor for Giro bike helmet

There are many different styles and makes of Giro bike helmets, and one of the most important accessories of the helmet is the visor. The visor, or visor clips, is used to protect the eyes from the UV rays of the sun, and they are also used to provide style and a flashy finish to a helmet. If you already own a Giro bike helmet that has a clip installed, then you will be able to continue using it with any helmet that has this kind of clip, but if you are looking to replace your existing helmet’s visor then there are a few things that you will need to know.

When looking to replace your existing visor, there are three main options that you have. You can either purchase a new visor that is made to fit your helmet, or you can also purchase a visor cover that will fit over the existing visor and make it appear as though you have a new Giro bike helmet on your head. These are both great options, but if you want to replace your entire visor it is recommended that you shop for these items at the same time because they are not usually available in the same colors and sizes. The size and color of the visor that you choose to buy will depend entirely on how flashy you would like your helmet to be, and it is also a good idea to consider where you will place it while riding, as well. Some riders like to place their visor over their whole face, while others only want to cover their eyes or their mouth, so be sure that the visor that you select will accommodate your needs.

Another thing that you should consider before purchasing a new visor for your helmet is how you plan on replacing your old headlight. Many people like to replace their old headlight with a red one, and since these can be purchased in helmet mount form, it will only take a few minutes to change out your old headlight for a new and bright red one. The process involves removing the old headlight and then attaching the new red headlight. You should also ensure that you keep your old helmet in good condition, as if you do not take care of it, the new headlight will not be as bright and illuminate properly. If you care about safety and protection, and replace your old helmet for a newer and safer one, Giro makes a great product that does exactly what it says on the tin.
