Exerpeutic’s Folding Upright Bike Demo Video
so we just moved recently and with the
move I was looking for some cardio
equipment that would do well in a small
space and we moved from a two-bedroom
apartment down to a one-bedroom to save
money and downsize our space so I wanted
to find something that I could do you
know almost days where you don’t feel
like bouncing around I wanted something
that I could do at home to supplement
the workouts that I do in the gym this
bike in particular it got really good
reviews on Amazon so I forget figured
I’d give it a shot
I got it delivered to our new place and
it came in a ginormous box like you was
humongous
it didn’t take me that long to put it
together
the instructions were pretty ok it took
me about one full episode of some
reality trash TV so I’d say about 45
minutes it took me to put the whole back
together
of course Instagram stories got the
first look at my new bike when it was
all put together I was so excited the
fact that I was able to do a whole hour
of cardio in my leopard slippers it’s
epic enough so one of the features on
this bike is an odometer it tells you
how far in miles you have traveled cubed
of Li throughout all of your workouts
the only way you can reset the odometer
is you take out the batteries pressing a
button will Vince like YouTube your
calories the computer will estimate how
many calories you burn during your
workout the display will show your speed
and miles per hour the distance feature
calculates the total distance you travel
during each workout next feature is the
pulse feature so the computer will
display your pulse rate in beats per
minute you have to hold on to the send
silver handle grip sensors while you’re
exercising and then you will get a pulse
readout and of course then you have your
time feature which shows you how much
time has elapsed during your current
workout so it will go from zero minutes
all the way up to 99 minutes and 59
seconds
of course during my workers I have to
get some TV time and sometimes I’ll even
work on my website and its really super
convenient I’ll push it up like against
my desk in my office and you know I can
work out from there I can work out at
the dining room table it’s just really
really convenient another awesome
feature is the scan feature so you’ll
see at the top left it says scan so it
will cycle through each of the settings
every six seconds so it’ll go through
calories B time distance domitor pulse
every six seconds the last couple of
features I wanted to mention is the
reset button so you just basically hold
down the button for two seconds and
it’ll reset everything but the odometer
back to zero the other is the auto on
and off of course it’ll cut off
automatically after four minutes of
being idle so it doesn’t waste your
battery
speaking of battery only takes two
triple A batteries so that’s awesome cuz
ya definitely have those around the
house
at this point I’ve been using the
machine for four months
pretty much every day for four months
and I have yet to have to change the
batteries my latest discovery and
awesome is my iPad holder so I have a I
pad holder that’s a keyboard on it and
basically I just draped the whole thing
over the control part of the machines
and I can just watch my iPad all
hands-free and off to this it does come
with a tension control knob so you can
decide if you want higher tension lower
attention it comes with a safety rod so
it’ll stay in place when you have it in
the working position and it’ll stay in
place when you have it folded up for
storage the seat is adjustable there’s
an adjustable knob which you can use to
control the height of the seat
and of course my favorite feature the
bike can be folded up for storage so you
just remove the safety bride you fold up
the bike you put the safety rod back in
and you put it right in the corner it
takes up barely any space as you can see
this is my small apartment in my small
office last but not least yes the
paddles do come with straps to allow
your feet to be comfortably secured so
those are things and they are really
adjustable
of course this product is featured on my
Amazon store visit cuts curve Fitness
comm / Amazon and you’ll see a direct
link to this exact bike

Exerpeutic Bicycles
When your body is tired from carrying too much weight for a while, it’s a good idea to try the exerpeutic bicycle. Exerpeutic bicycle exercises are meant for people who want to tone their muscles without adding calories. The only way to lose weight in the shortest time possible is by following a good exercise plan that includes cardio and strength training.
Exerpeutic bicycle exercises are done by sitting on the seat of an elliptical trainer with legs out in front of you. You will be required to turn your ankles inward while keeping your knees bent. You can move your arms to either side or hold onto the handlebars. Your arms should also be parallel to the floor.
Leg lifts are done by bending your knees and then raising your legs in front of your body as high as you can. You will be able to feel the resistance when you lift your knees up. This exercise is best done at home before going out to do other exercises.
These exercises may sound difficult, but they can be very simple if you follow the plan. The plan for the exercise is to lift one leg on each side while rotating the other foot upward. You can make it harder by using a handrail instead of the steps on an elliptical trainer.
Exerpeutic bicycle workouts are especially effective for people who are obese. The reason why people who are overweight usually tend to gain weight is because they eat more calories than what they burn through their exercise. By exercising for just 10 minutes every day, you can lose up to 7 pounds in a month. You will notice a big difference in your body after a week of exercise, especially when you start to shed excess belly fat. With proper diet and exercise, you can lose a lot of weight without sacrificing the quality of your life.
You should consider having an elliptical trainer for your home instead of just relying on other exercise equipment to help you keep fit. You can also look into buying an exercise bike if you are looking for a simple way to get started with your fitness regimen. These devices will be perfect for people who have limited space in their home or for those who need a bit of help with their home gym routine. A good elliptical trainer can be found at local fitness stores or online. They have been used by professional athletes and can provide a great workout that will keep you in shape and keep you motivated.

If you look at it, a bike holder is really very simple to use. You just need to open the clamps on both ends and the bike will automatically be folded away into its holder. The first issue is that the app does not function. The model below this one is identical with the only real difference being that this model is supposed to connect to an app so you can keep a record of your workouts and your progress. Unfortunately, the app does not work. Every time I attempted to use it, it crashed. Almost immediately after opening it, I receive a notification that it has stopped working. So save your money and get the model listed below.
The second issue I’ve had is that the seat is a little too firm for me. This might not be something that someone only riding 30 min a day will notice or even have an issue. I’m riding 20 miles a day, and the hard seat is making it excruciatingly painful. This bike would be perfect if the seat was a little more comfortable.
It wasn’t difficult or time consuming to put together, and it’s virtually silent, making it ideal for reading, watching TV, or simply not disturbing others while you work out. The problem with the app is more of a problem with the app’s developers than it is with the quality of the bike. Purchase the bike, but save a few dollars by purchasing the model that does not connect to the app.
It is sturdy and has many bells and whistles, such as pulse rate, distance, calories, speed, time, and so on. The seat is very comfortable (I have a bad back and three other joint replacements) and easy to get in and out of. My maintenance man put it together (I tend to lose my cool when it comes to assembly), and he said it was a piece of cake to put together. Because I live in a small house, this is in my living room, which I rarely use. Because it has wheels on the front, it is easy for me to move around. And it’s very quiet! While riding, I listen to Freddie Mercury. This model is recommended by me, who will be 75 this year. It is a lot of bike for the money. Plus it saves me $600 a year since I don’t have to go to the YMCA anymore. Because of my joint replacements and fused spine, I couldn’t use most of their machines anyway, so this is a great solution.
I work from home and didn’t want to spend the entire day sitting on the couch with my laptop. I looked at a few bike desks before settling on this one. I received it and couldn’t be happier. It was nicely packaged and mostly put together. There are only six steps to putting this together. The base bars, pedals, seat, seat back, handlebars, and desk all simply need to be screwed on. I am a 47-year-old female with a handyness rating of 7 on a scale of 1-10. With the exception of attaching the desk, I was able to put it together by myself. I needed one more hand. The number of parts is kept to a minimum, and they are conveniently organized by step. I finished it in about an hour and 15 minutes using only the tools provided. The steps are simple, and the instructions are straightforward. I ran into a couple of minor snags, such as a stuck bolt and some wires that were facing the wrong way, but they were easily fixed.
The seat is nice and large which is one of the reasons I gravitated to this model. It’s actually quite comfortable. The bike is extremely quiet and would not be audible during a conference call. The desktop is also quite spacious, allowing me to accommodate my laptop, an external mouse, and my cell phone. I keep my regular phone and a beverage in the cup holders.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with it so far.
