Schwinn Balance Bike 12-inch Demo Video
welcome to AI he plays what are we gonna
do right now play with something
did you know you don’t know what it is
do you yeah I live Danny would tell me
yeah why don’t you go ahead and open the
door what is that
it’s a pushbike means that there’s no
petals you push with your feet is it too
tall Alexis all right now these are
Schwinn push bikes I’ve got him on
Amazon for about $75
okay sit on that Alexis can you sit flat
and put your feet but ya know yours is
good your size is where it needs to be
alright well let’s go to the driveway
daddy move the cars so you can breath
right around on the driveway
well the point is for you to learn how
to balance because the bikes got to stay
upright do you like it is this the first
time you’ve been on a bicycle could you
guys have your tricycle you’ve never
been on a bicycle have you
okay now don’t go past the sidewalk you
need a little help what do you need help
with baby girl with your bike all right
pick it up today right over here let’s
see if we can get that seat up any
higher you have such long legs you’ll be
I filled or step off
all right all right no let’s just turn
around come back how old are you Alexis
so I would say that these are perfect
for a three four-year-old they say they
go up to age seven but I definitely
would not put a seven-year-old on it
because that the blue one is as tall as
that would go now she does have very
long legs for a for almost five-year-old
and the point of a balance bike if you
have it if you have a kid and you
haven’t heard of a balance bike before
these are actually something new to me
I’ve actually bought my older son a bike
with training wheels but with a balance
bike does it does not have pedals they
just push with their feet and so what
the balance bike does is gives them a
chance to learn how to balance without
relying on the training wheels so
eventually they get the balance down and
once they have the balance down then
they learn how to pedal so typically
with a bike with training wheels you
learn how to pedal first they take the
training wheels off and then you learn
how to balance well the balancing part
is actually the harder part so you have
them learn that first and then you have
them learned the pedaling art so my son
unfortunately is not very good at riding
a bike and so we decided to do something
a little bit different with our girls
and that’s where these balance bikes
we’ve looked locally and the most
inexpensive balance bike we could find
was at bike stores and they’re about
$200 and that was a lot for me to spend
on a on a very temporary bike and so I
found these on Amazon for 75 there’s
cheaper ones but they’re brands I wasn’t
familiar with Schwinn is a name I am
familiar with and so we wanted to want
to get a brand I was familiar with
because expect a little bit higher
quality and they definitely are good
quality and they came packaged well
they’re very easy to put together the
only thing is I had to do was put the
the seat technically was in but as soon
as I touched it it fell out because it
wasn’t tightened down at all the front
wheel needed to be put on and the
handlebars need to be put on are you all
done what are you doing
okay and so we’re going to learn how to
balance first and then we’ll learn how
to ride an actual bike so we typically
go on walks as a family two to three
nights a week and so instead of walking
I’m going to have the girls go on their
bikes so that they can learn how to push
janae come back sing stay on the front
Alexus turn around come back and so once
they learn how to ride these well and
can ride balanced then they will
progress to a pedal bike so if you have
any questions about the Schwinn pedal
bikes or to me push bikes let me know
and I’ll do my best to answer those and
hopefully the kids will learn how to
ride quickly with these push bikes thank
you for watching and have a great day

Schwinn Balance Bicycles
When you go out and buy a Schwinn balance bike it can make a difference to the amount of time that you spend in the saddle. Here are three simple things that you can do to ensure that you get the best possible ride from your new Schwinn.
The first thing that you need to make sure of when you are buying a Schwinn bicycle is that you have the proper saddle that will fit your new Schwinn bicycle. There are saddles designed to sit on a variety of frames so you should try them out before you make a purchase. If you are unsure about what saddle to buy you can always ask one of the sales people for some advice.
The second thing that you should be concerned about when you are buying a Schwinn bicycle is making sure that the pedals are properly adjusted. This may seem obvious but many people end up not getting the best possible feel from their Schwinn bicycles. This is because they may not be adjusting their pedals enough. If you are not comfortable in riding on the pedals, you may not like the feel of riding on a Schwinn balance bicycle.
The third thing that you should keep in mind when you are looking at a Schwinn bicycle is to make sure that the handlebars and the bottom bracket are adjusted correctly. You need to make sure that the handlebars are adjusted the way that they should be, and the bottom bracket is in the right place.
There are some other things that you should know about a Schwinn balance bicycle, but if you take the time to look through a couple of different websites and then look at your local retailer then you will find that you are in the best possible position to find the bike that you want. After you have looked at all the options that you have found then you should be able to find a bike that you are happy with.
It might take a little time to find the bike that you want, but you will be glad that you took the time to search around and find the right Schwinn balance bicycle for you. There are a lot of different types of bikes that are available on the market and you should make sure that you take your time when you are shopping. Make sure that you know exactly what you want before you make your decision.

My 2y7mo is now riding a normal pedal bike, sans training wheels…this balance bike has a heavier frame, which I think helped with balance and also simulating a real bike, which is typically not light like some of the balance bikes on the market. If your child is moving from a balance bike to a standard bike, I would consider getting a 12 inch bike with a lower seat (17″) for my 93cm tall baby. Also, make sure the bike is not stretched; you want the child’s back to be straight. I would also suggest an aluminium frame if possible, or at least one that weighs less than 20 pounds, to avoid putting too much strain on the kids’ muscles and joints at such a young age; it may also help uphill! Best wishes. I’m really pleased with my purchase. For the holidays, we purchased another Schwinn!
We adore the Schwinn Balance Bike that we purchased for my 2.5-year-old son! The Schwinn wins hands down, particularly when compared to his friend’s Strider bike (in our opinion). This is why: 1. The Schwinn bike is more durable because it is heavier, but not so heavy that my now 3-year-old son can’t quickly pick it up. Since we live in the country and our roads aren’t exactly straight, the rubber tires ride a lot smoother than the foam tires. The bearings and frame are well-made and have high-quality components. The seat is simple to change and perfectly suits my son. The only drawback to this bike is that the paint quickly scratches off, but my son rides it almost every day, so I’m not shocked to see any wear and tear.
I am a big fan of balance bikes. We purchased balance bikes for our girls, and they were all able to ride bikes without training wheels much sooner than other kids – we have three children. Our second and third children had balance bikes at 18 months and were riding full bikes without training wheels by the age of four. My baby, who is 3 years and 9 months old, is riding a bike without training wheels in the video above.
What I like about Schwinn: It’s high-quality.
The seat is soft and comfortable.
What I don’t like: It’s heavier than Strider, so kids won’t be able to pick it up as quickly.
We had a Strider as well as a Schwinn balance bike. If I had a preference and the prices were comparable, I would go with Schwinn for the comfort of the seat.
