Mini Bike Gas Tank Mount
hey how you doing so today we’re
building a minibike gas tank mount on a
Doodlebug DB 30s so this is any gas tank
we’re going to use it’s got this kind of
a channel for a bar like a bicycle it’s
rigged it’s a bicycle motorized bicycle
tank probably we had to cut these down
say didn’t quite fit in the frame so
where’d he done that I’ve already pretty
well mocked this whole thing out and
weld it in place was kind of show you
what I did is pretty simple there’s
little instructions for this one because
it has to be fit to your frame this
spring has been stretched so it’s gonna
be a little different than maybe other
frames in fact it may not even fit on a
stock frame because there’s a space so
let me take you over here and take a
look at what we did like I said it’s
pretty straight forward so just hang on
in just a second okay so this is a
mountain we put in here so start it up
with a little this is one and a half
inch by six inch I think it is why just
a piece of plate steel real thin
material not very thick it doesn’t have
to be super strong just has to be mount
this thing on here just weld it at the
bottom on both sides and another small
piece up front this man I guess three
inches wide just bail a little bit as a
frame is angled like I said this frame
is stretched eight inches so a stock
Doodlebug probably is not gonna have
room for this you’ll need a stretch
frame and we’ll do a video on that
another time but my birdie I’ve
stretched this one for the for Jason and
my bike is stretched six inches so stock
stock Doodlebug probably not gonna fit
less you have really small seat but this
is a cut off piece of a handlebar that’s
already bent this the other side I kind
of spliced it together to get these
angles and this fits the channel that’s
already in the tank really really well
and I just weld it in place so it’s just
something just kind of level up get a
square in the frame as best you can good
idea how long this frame is normal
Doodlebug this footpeg mount would be
actually right here this is whether what
was welded from the factory so this
moment this much was added to this frame
it wasn’t added here was actually added
in the back where the frame is straight
we’ll do a video on that later but I
also added a plate here for him to mount
a battery on and
so that plate is for a battery he’s
gonna mount lights on this headlights
taillights I think he would send a radio
so this thing is quite large if you look
at how big this frame is it’s got a
predator 212 on it we put a wheelie bar
on it we do that in a video on that
already and he’s put some custom bars on
here these are some custom motorcycle
handlebars
anyway this thing’s gonna look really
speed on there I’ll set the tank in
place right now so that’s what it looks
like with the tank on it like I said
it’s just bolted on with these little
nuts under here four bolts Center on the
bottom I see it on this thing there you
go not really focused on it but there’s
a petcock under here like it fuel out so
for this one he’s gonna be able to take
the stock tank off his predator 212 and
it’s gonna look like a proper little
motorcycle when some motors back in it
this thing’s gonna be cool so anyway
there you go minibike motor excuse me
minibike motor mayhem minibike tank on a
minibike on a little pug anyway so
thanks for watching if you like our
videos subscribe let some more stuff
coming up on how to modify your
Doodlebug we’ll do one on framing
stretching the frame out and we’re gonna
cut down some handlebars on that Coleman
over there make some drag bars out of it
yep there’s my stretched out I was gonna
eat it or six inch stretch I guess I can
show you that there’s been kind of a
short video so this has got the six inch
stretch on it you can see how much
stretch is here with this space right
down here so that’s how much extra space
you get which also gives you extra space
up here for someone who’s a regular
sized adult from 510 this thing fits me
awesome and I modified these with drank
barter so we’ve done a couple of these
now for other guys in the club they seem
to like them so we’ll do that on another
video thanks for watching
have a great day

Mini Bike Gas Tank Review
When you need to use your mini-bike gas tank to power your bike for an extended period of time, you should think about changing the filter. Many people will often forget to change their gas tank’s filter, and in many cases this can actually be very dangerous to your bike. This is because most types of bike gas are highly flammable, and you do not want any of the fuel to spill on your leather seat or your skin while you are riding, so you should make sure you clean the tank after each ride with a proper filter to ensure you do not have any unwanted leaks in your bike’s fuel system.
There are some things that you can consider when it comes to changing your mini-bike gas tank filters. There are three things that are very important to make sure that you look at when changing your gas tank filters.
First of all, it is very important to make sure that your gas tank is cleaned, because if there is any residue left in the tank, it can cause some very serious damage to the tank and to your bike. Some of the worst things that can happen when you are riding with residue in your tank are carbon monoxide leaks and burns. If you notice any residue in the tank, it is recommended that you replace it immediately because the longer it remains in the tank, the higher the chance that it can leak out, and the more likely it is that it can harm your tank and your bike.
You should also consider the type of fuel tank you have, because this can affect the type of filter that you are going to need. The most common type of fuel tanks are those that are plastic, as these are very safe and do not leak, although they tend to not last very long. If you have an internal fuel tank, you are better off using a fuel filter that is made for that type of tank. However, there are some people who prefer to use an external filter when they are riding, as they can save money by simply purchasing the filter when they need them.
Another factor to consider when you are looking for a replacement fuel filter for your fuel tank is the size of your tank. The size of the fuel filter will also depend on how much fuel you have inside the tank at one time, because if you have a large amount of fuel in your tank, it is harder to fit a filter that will fit the same size.
Mini-bikes are great, and they are fun to ride. However, you want to take care of the things that can be very dangerous if you ride your bike without them.

Mini Bike Gas Tank FAQ
If you want to be able to start motorized bikes at the lowest possible cost without having to sacrifice a great deal of power, then one of the options available to you is the 1 gallon gas tank for motorized bikes. This type of tank will typically deliver sufficient gas into your motorized bike to get it going as quickly as possible and allow you to enjoy riding even on very cold days without risking your motorbike overheating. There are a number of different options that are available when it comes to this type of tank for your motorcycle, and many of them vary from company to company. The one thing that you can be sure of is that the quality of the tank you buy will directly impact the type of performance you get out of your bike.
You might be tempted to purchase a cheaper gas tank for your motorized bike than the ones available for cars, but you shouldn’t do that. While car gas tanks are generally much more expensive than motorized gas tank options, they offer a number of unique benefits, such as being able to use the gas indoors in the winter. Motorized bikes don’t have the same insulation benefits that a car has, so they take longer to warm up. If you’re looking for a way to get your bike up and running quickly and safely, then it’s strongly recommended that you purchase a motorized gas tank that is able to provide you with the maximum amount of fuel at the lowest possible prices. As long as you’re buying a tank that will hold enough fuel, you should have absolutely no issues with overheating your motorbike.
There are a variety of companies that make motorized gas tanks for use with motorized bikes. However, it is important to remember that there are some very specific things that will affect the quality of the tank that you choose to buy. For example, you’ll need to think about the size of the tank, as well as whether or not it is insulated. Even though it may seem like a simple item, selecting the wrong tank can be a serious issue that can affect the quality of your rides.
A great way to save money when traveling is with a 2 gallon gas tank for minibikes. If you are a person that rides on a regular basis, you know that the cost of gas can skyrocket at the most inconvenient times. There will come a time when you have to stop riding your bike and make room for another fuel source. It could be as simple as going to the local gas station to fill up or you might have to stop at an emergency service station on the side of the road. Not only do these fuel sources cost money, but they take up valuable space.
With a tank like this, you can fill up a tank of fuel very easily, then you can put it in the back of your truck and continue riding. You never have to worry about running out of gas because you have it in the car. The best thing about a gas tank like this is that you can purchase them very cheaply and easily. In addition, they can hold a large amount of gas, which means that you don’t have to refill the tank as often as you would a smaller sized tank. It is also much easier to take it with you, because it is quite small in size.
Another great use for this type of gas tank for mini bikes is if you plan on doing a good amount of traveling between locations. Most people who like to ride around are always on the move. They like to explore new areas and spend time with new people. If you want to save money and still feel like you are taking your bike where ever you go, choose to fill up a smaller sized tank and you can do so easily.
